Germany: Postdoc Position in Numerical Analysis

The group of Applied Mathematics at University of Greifswald (Germany) is searching for candidates for a postdoctoral position in Numerical Analysis. This full-time employment includes both research and teaching. The salary is on German level 13 TV-L in science. The position is available from August 2026 (or later) and limited to three years.

Candidates must bring a degree (Masters or Diploma) in mathematics, science, technology or engineering above average, a PhD degree, and a focus on numerical mathematics and/or scientific computing. Knowledge of numerical analysis and simulation for differential equations is desired.
