The Computational and Applied Mathematics group at Monash conducts research across a broad range of areas, including numerical analysis, high-performance computing, optimisation, inverse problems, scientific machine learning, and uncertainty quantification. The group is part of a vibrant School with strong research activity not only in computational and applied mathematics, but also in pure mathematics and probability and statistics.
