Canada: Faculty position in Mathematics at Polytechnique Montréal
The Department of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering (MAGI) at Polytechnique Montréal, Canada, invites applications for a full-time, open rank Professor position, with appointment to begin as soon as possible. We are seeking candidates with a strong research interest in the mathematical foundations of machine learning, with applications to optimization, scientific machine learning, and/or probability and statistics.

Note that the position requires to learn French and be eligible to join the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) as an engineer (https://www.oiq.qc.ca/en/futurs-membres/devenir-ingenieur-au-quebec/i-am-
member-canadian-association/) prior to tenure.
