Norway: Tenure Track Associate professor in optimization

There is a vacancy for a tenure track associate professor at the Department of Informatics within Optimization. This is a highly career focused and attractive 6-year fixed term position, with a possible promotion to full professor at the end of this period.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong research profile in combinatorial optimization who can contribute to excellence in both research and teaching. We are seeking candidates with solid theoretical backgrounds with a preference towards candidates with a track record including applied research towards energy systems, logistics, supply chain management, and/or applied artificial intelligence.
